The Board of Elders is comprised of men from Trinity Campuses, including the Lead Pastor, who give oversight to three primary leadership responsibilities:
Defend the Doctrine of the Church
Determine the Direction of the Church
Provide Counsel and Care to the Church

Ryan Mustered | Lead Pastor
As the Lead Pastor of Trinity Church, Pastor Ryan provides vision, teaching, and leadership across all campuses. He leads with a deep love for people and a passion for discipleship, helping guide individual lives and communities toward transformation through faith in Jesus Christ. He earned a Master’s in Ministry and a Doctorate in Communications, supporting clear and meaningful teaching.
Your Campus Pastors
The campus pastors provide leadership and care for the people who attend that specific campus and the surrounding community. They are passionate about helping individuals and families grow in a transformed life in Christ.

Austin Pendry
Pastoral Counselor
Serves as Pastoral Counselor, providing care and guidance through counseling and support. With a Master’s in Pastoral Care and a background in psychology, he brings experience helping individuals navigate mental health and recovery journeys.
